Refund policy

Return & Exchanges

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee products.

We take great care to ensure that your order undergoes thorough quality checks before being shipped to you.

However, if you encounter any issues with your order upon receipt, please don’t hesitate to contact us at enquiry@millenniacoffee.com.  We’re here to help and will gladly assist you in resolving any concerns.

Exceptions for Non-Food Merchandise:

Returns and exchanges are accepted on certain non-food merchandise, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Approval will only be given after we have inspected and received the returned item. Please contact us at enquiry@millenniacoffee.com to initiate the return or exchange process for merchandise.

Millennia Coffee Co. will only accept returns for unopened and undamaged non-food merchandise, in their original condition and packaging. Returns for used, damaged, soiled items, or those with torn packaging will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Do note checks are to be expected before any approval or return. 

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the return postage will be at your charge.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order is shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect address provided, we won't be able to cancel or refund the order. Please ensure and check all information for accuracy during checkout. If you need assistance after placing your order, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.

 

Non-refundable items

Please note that discount codes and gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If your order is canceled or returned, the value of any discount code or gift card used will not be refunded. Gift cards and discount codes are subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Changes to our Return and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update our return and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage customers to review our policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the website after any changes to this policy will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
